The Randy Royer Memorial Scholarship
The Randy Royer Memorial Scholarship would like to recognize an Ephrata High School senior who plans to pursue a degree in Construction and Design Technologies, Automotive Technology, or Collision Repair and Restoration at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Randy Royer was raised in Akron and graduated from Ephrata High School. He continued his education at Penn State University earning an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology. Randy started working for Ames Construction as a project manager and estimator immediately after college and remained there for 27 years until his sudden death in October 2016. Randy’s work was his passion and he was proud to be a part of the Ames Construction team.
